The following forms part of our golf management and event planning:
- Sending out and managing invitations and golf entries.
- Booking accommodation in the event of a tournament.
- Liaise with the golf course, resort/hotel with regards to the accommodation, prize giving functions, green fees, golf carts, tee-off times etc.
- Co-ordinate the client and/or sponsors promotional material/banners as per their requirements and set up.
- Information with regards to the handicaps, shirts size etc will be compiled as per the entry forms.
- Liaise with our clients with regards to their corporate give-aways requirements ie. golf shirts, caps, markers ,balls etc.
- We will liaise with our suppliers, insuring that our clients requirements, standards and budgets are met.
- Tee-off times and golf draw will be prepared and golfers will be advised of their tee-off times for the golf event.
- Golf registration and hotel check-in will be managed at the event.
- Welcome letters, event programme, golf rules, score cards, half-way house vouchers will be prepared and handed to all golfers at golf registration as well as goodie bags and company hand-outs to the golfers.
- Score cards to be collected and checked after golf/results for prize giving.
- Set up of prize giving table.
- Co-ordinate entertainment, videography, photography, MC’s, trophies etc.
